Deeply Disappointed β Extremely Unprofessional Service Our experience with Queen Palacia Store has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. We purchased a gown for my wife in December, trusting their commitment and timelines. Despite multiple reminders and continuous follow-ups, the outfit was still not ready. We attended five separate trial sessions, adjusting our schedules each time, hoping the final result would justify the wait. Shockingly, on the day of the function, we were informed that the dupatta color had changed and they needed additional time to fix it. After months of delay, this level of mismanagement is unacceptable. The function is today, yet they suggested delivering the gown tomorrow. An outfit delivered after the event serves no purpose. Eventually, they refunded the amount β but what value does a refund hold when it is given just hours before a major event? With money in hand and the function in the evening, arranging an alternative at the last minute is extremely stressful. This reflects a complete lack of professionalism, planning, and accountability. Such occasions are special and time-sensitive. Customers deserve reliability and respect. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing.
Beautiful collection but zero management. I have been continuously purchasing since 2022 but their after sale tailoring alteration service is very very pathetic. They have never stood to their promise of fitting, mainly due to high demand but poor supply. Tailoring staff does the opposite of what is mentioned on tailoring slip. If the collection was not nice, they would never have repeat customers.
I purchased a lehenga from Queen Palacia for my brotherβs wedding. No doubt the fabric quality is good and the designs are stylish, but the fitting service was very poor. I had to wait for more than 1.5 hours only because of fitting issues. Even after telling them clearly that the fitting was not good, the staff kept convincing me that it looked very good on me, which I did not like. When I said I would take it later, they told me the article might get lost. As a customer, I am not satisfied with this service. They really need to improve their fitting service and customer handling....

The worst customer experience I have had. I had to get fitting done twice. The piece was not finished even after those 2 times. Had to visit the shop 5 times within 3 days just for them to paste beads that didnβt even match the original design of the beads. The products might be good but what difference does it make if thereβs so much inconvenience caused to the customer.
