Absolutely pathetic and disgraceful experience. After repeatedly promising that my outfit would be delivered before my sister’s wedding, they failed to deliver on the committed date. Then they simply stopped answering calls, despite over 200 attempts to reach them. For three consecutive days, we were told the same lie: “It will arrive tomorrow.” Tomorrow never came. After endless follow-ups, 1,000 calls, and literally having to shout to get any response, they finally sent only the trousers via Porter, with zero responsibility if it got lost in transit. Apparently, delivering through their own staff was too much effort. The trousers arrived barely 20 minutes before the event, and were 3 inches too long. Completely unwearable. No time for alterations. No backup. No solution. What’s worse? Not once did they take ownership of their massive mess-up. No apology. No urgency. No empathy. Just casual, indifferent behavior as if ruining someone’s wedding outfit is normal. The lack of accountability and the sheer carelessness towards customers is shocking. Thanks for completely ruining my outfit for one of the most important events in my family. Highly unprofessional. No ownership. No empathy. No reliability. Would never recommend.
