If I had the option to give 0 stars, I would. They may have grown big, but the business practices are extremely shady. I purchased a scheme from them, and once all my payments were submitted, they suddenly introduced numerous hidden charges. Even after completing the installments, they made purchasing difficult that how i need to wait for 3-4 months, hiding behind corporate jargon from the sales staff just a typical sales tactic. Their gold rates are higher than the market, and on top of that, they charge excessively high making charges. There is also no option for 18KT or 22KT gold, all their jewellery is only available in 14KT.
