Pathetic service , staff are highly untrained , unprofessional and not even able to do the right calculation for estimation. As a customer I would highly urge not to choose Kalyan ever. They just misguide their customers especially when it comes to openning an scheme. I have visited them and have purchased for a drop earring , have asked them to clean the jewellery before the handover , I was amazed to see the reaction of the staff when they said they do not have ultrasonic machine to clean the jewelry. Also at the welcoming part , no one was even bothering to greet the customer , they just judge them first and then serve them accordingly. I finalized my product 6-7 days back and just went after a week to have that , they took almost 2 hrs to close that bill with no clear justification on the invoice estimation. Even the cashier not able to explain me their calculation on the gold blocked rate. May be, when it comes to just buy gold, someone might prefer you guys but your service part is completely zero, staffs are talking so loudly among themselves like it was not a showroom rather a fish market. To all who read this , plz do not get fooled and enroll for the scheme. It's pathetic when it comes to maturity, they will misguide you forsure.👎highly pathetic and poor customer service👎
