The staff and service is very nice. We were attended by Yug and Shweta quite supportive and understanding. Product designs are also good. Only one suggestion for improvement is their bag quality, it should be zip locked for convenience. Thank you
I recently visited this particular outlet of Kalyan Jewellers, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing compared to their other franchises. One of the first things that stood out β and not in a good way β was how they treat customers based on whether or not they make a purchase. They asked if I would like tea or coffee, but after realizing I wasn't going to make an immediate purchase, they never brought it. This behavior felt quite disrespectful and unprofessional. Whatβs worse is that Iβve visited other franchises of the same brand and have always been treated warmly and respectfully, regardless of whether I bought something or not. This kind of selective hospitality creates a very uncomfortable experience for the customer and leaves a negative impression. A brandβs reputation is built not just on its products, but also on the way it treats its customers. I hope the management of this store reflects on this and aligns their service standards with the rest of the brand.
