Tangerine Royale Banquets

I was overwhelmed with the service received from all the stuffs especially from Mr. Pronob(Banquet Manager). He have guided me in all the aspects even when he was injured and wish he could recover soon. All arrangements were fine and up to the mark. Food quantity was up to the mark and quality was moderate. The propertier was too good and well behaved and supported me on every point to make my occassion successfull. I felt like, my own brothers were arranging for me to make my day special.

Based on my recent experience at Tangerine Banquet in Bidhannagar, Kolkata, the venue presents a blend of positives and negatives. Situated in a convenient location, it was easily accessible, making it a practical choice for hosting events. The banquet hall itself was well-maintained with essential amenities like air conditioning, ample parking space, and valet services, which added to the comfort of the event. However, the aspects that left room for improvement were predominantly related to the catering services. The in-house catering, which I found to be average, didn't quite meet my expectations. The limited and somewhat uninspiring menu options further dampened the experience. Additionally, the slow pace of the catering service was a notable inconvenience, leading to delays that were felt by both myself and my guests. While the venue did offer in-house decor services, which were satisfactory, the overall experience was overshadowed by the shortcomings in the food and service department. As someone who values culinary excellence and efficient service in an event, I found these aspects of Tangerine Banquet lacking. In summary, while the venue scores well on location and basic amenities, it falls short in the areas of food quality, menu variety, and catering efficiency, which are crucial elements for a successful event.

It is a wonderful banquet! Very spacious and worth booking for any ocassion!

I just had my daughter’s rice ceremony there and I must say they made it superb. Very proactive and very professional too… the decorations they did was awesome. Food also was very good quality, all guests were so satisfied. I must say since day 1 the manager Mr. Pranab conducted with us for all small things and address all my issues without any hesitation. Thanks a lot team. Looking forwards to work with you again…
