Sudesh Bhawan (Banquets )

I would like to share my opinion based on some self designed parameters. The location of this banquet is the best one can ask for. It is easy to reach and easy to locate. There is ample parking space for visitors cars. The space is well designed and tastefully decorated. There are two elevators taking the guests to the venues on the 2nd and 3rd floors. However, the main hall appeared to be too cramped to host large crowds, inadequate sitting arrangement and extremely noisy as the walls reflect sound. In full capacity, the two elevators were not adequate and led to long queues. The food was below par. Starters were cold, pre-prepared and stocked; Russian salad was tasteless; fish fries were dry and chewey; mutton was stiff. Overall, I would say, the whole experience could have been much better.

I would like to sincerely thank Sudesh Banquets for their exceptional service and support during a very difficult time for our family. We held the last rites functions for my father there, and everything was handled with great care and professionalism. The arrangements were done with thoughtfulness and attention to detail, creating a peaceful and respectful environment for our guests. The food was of excellent quality—fresh, well-prepared, and appreciated by all. Most importantly, the staff was courteous, understanding, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly without us having to worry. Special thanks to Manager Mr. Banerjee for personally taking care of the arrangements on both days. We are truly grateful to the entire team at Sudesh Banquets for helping us honour our father's memory with such dignity. Thank you for your compassion and support.

It is an excellent place for hosting ceremony like marriage reception ceremony,rice ceremony, birthday party and different kind of events...location is very good,not too difficult to reach,situated just besides of deshapriya park...spacious and well maintained banquet hall...But problems are outsides foods are not allowed here and parking space are very limited.....

Very good ambience, amazing food. This is exactly what I wanted for my occasion. Thanks to Mr Swajal and Mr Surajit for keeping their promises
