Booked the venue for my sister's wedding. The venue is quite expensive and offered services like a third class banquet. Had a very bad experience with them. They were not at all supportive. They were bringing so many issues at the last moment. Had to pay extra to get few things done on the day of the wedding. Not recommended at all. It just looks good but the services they offer are below average.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend organizing events here. 1. Security and response: During an event, one of my personal gift items went missing from the venue. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff and the person in charge (Mr. Rajesh), I did not receive adequate support or a satisfactory response in terms of follow-up or investigation. 2. Food quality and pricing: In my opinion, the food quality was better prior to the 2019 renovation. After the renovation, prices increased while the overall quality did not meet my expectations, making it less value for money. Additionally, the atmosphere felt more commercial than calm or spiritual, which may not suit everyone’s expectations.
