This is my genuine feedback based on what happened just yesterday — no exaggeration and no malicious intent. We (my wife & her friend) booked this venue for a exhibition, me being a part of it, and it was clearly agreed on the 4th of February 2026 in my presemce that staff would remain present throughout the entire event until its conclusion. Specifically, Bablu, who represents the management, had assured us that two staff members would stay for cleaning and two would remain till the end of the exhibition. However, only one staff member named Poltu was present. He later expressed frustration, saying he could not manage everything alone as no other staff had shown up. Seeing this, we and some exhibitors stepped in to help arrange and manage things ourselves. Bablu only arrived later at night during the wrap-up and immediately asked for the remaining payment related to decoration and other services. We requested some time to close the exhibition properly and release our exhibitors, but he insisted on payment right away. When I reminded him that he had promised two staff members would stay throughout the event, he responded rudely and abruptly, saying sarcastically that the staff had gone to Darjeeling — which was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Eventually, lift was closed by them instead of being allowed to wrap up our work first, we were forced to clear all dues before the lift was reopened. This experience reflects very poor coordination, lack of professionalism, and disrespectful behavior from the management. And the owner was also very rude and arrogant over the phone with my wife and her friend in my presence.
