The banquet hall itself was quite good – clean, spacious, and well-maintained. No major complaints about the venue. However, the experience was completely ruined by the decorator Masoom. Extremely unprofessional , irresponsible, and disappointing. Coordination was poor, promises were not kept, and the execution was far below what was discussed. There was zero accountability, and any concerns raised were either ignored or handled very casually. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a decorator. Events are once-in-a-lifetime moments, and dealing with such careless and incompetent behavior causes unnecessary stress and frustration. I would strongly advise anyone booking this hall to avoid this decorator and make independent arrangements. Good hall, but the decorator was a complete letdown and spoiled the overall experience.
