I just wanted a basic wash and blow dry. They’re charging ₹1200. I think they used dirty combs and all my hair was sticky near the scalp and when I told them, Kakoli tried to fix it. They don’t know how to do a basic blow dry styling of in curls or out curls. The first video is my hair AFTER they fixed it. And the second video is a wash and blow dry I got for ₹700 that was perfect. The owner lady Kakoli was nice but the service was very very disappointing. Not at all worth the money. My hair looks air dried.
