Absolutely terrible customer service. They take 50% payment upfront and then completely ignore their promises. Unless you call them every single day and practically create a scene, your order won’t move forward. They give you date after date with zero intention of honoring their commitments. It feels like they believe customers have unlimited time to wait while they show no sense of urgency or responsibility. Extremely unprofessional attitude and no respect for customers’ time or money. I have lost 100 Rupees as well as 2 weeks . If you value your time and peace of mind, avoid this place.

Extremely disappointing experience. I had already made the advance payment and received the bill, yet they later demanded a higher amount claiming the card price had increased. This is unethical and highly unprofessional. I strongly advise others not to buy from this shop.
