The worst card shop ever. They lost my card twice and even after paying the advance money for booking they sold my card to another person who was paying a higher price...the owner of the shop misbehaved every time we went and disrespectd elders in front of my eyes.. I would never visit the store again and would suggest no one else to visit the store. They worst owner I ever encountered in my entire life. I had a literal fight with him because of his mis behaviour and how he vanished my cards even after paying the advance payment. When I went to collect my card he said the card has been lost and cannot be found. When I asked for another card after the argument and I didn't like the card he said no need to purchase from me anymore I will not sell you anything. Such mis behaviour and unethical practices. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this shop. The owner is not only rude but also a big cheat!!! During our interaction, he was extremely arrogant. When placing the order, we insisted on paying by card, but he pressured us to pay in cash, saying he wouldn’t charge GST. However, at the time of collecting the cards and making the final payment, he added an 18% GST charge without prior notice — effectively making us pay more than originally agreed! I’ve also noticed similar complaints in other reviews about buyers receiving fewer cards than ordered. I can confirm this seems to be a recurring issue - While we were at the shop, another customer returned to report that he had received 20 fewer cards than promised, but the owner in his typical arrogant and rude attitude remained dismissive and refused to cooperate.
