Make It Happen Catering Services

I recently hired Make It Happen's catering service on 11th of January, 2026 for 80 guests of friends and family on lunch. Their food quality, cordial behaviour of staff, service and above all hospitality-- all were excellent. Both Saurabh and his father personally took care of all my guests so cordially and supervised everything till the event came to an end. They are undoubtedly a master of culinary excellence and right now I consider them one of the best caterers in Kolkata. I am extremely satisfied and recommend them highly for any such occasion. Our event was on 12th October, 2025 and our guests count was around 450. The cost per plate was quite reasonable. The food was delicious, presentation was a big plus, their hospitality was top notch, Sourav and his fellows treated my guests as if it was their own event. We had Prawn in starters, it was getting vanished within a minute but the team was ready to fill it up promptly every time. Alu and Mutton in the Biryani literally melted in my mouth. It would be too hard to comment on their services. We had thrown them a challenge and asked them to organise our event, not only with the food, also in managing and handling our guests and yes, sir, Make it Happen made it happen. It has been 5 days, my relatives are still mentioning them with high regards. We are glad that we chose them. Must have in the Menu: Panco Fried Prawn, Cocktail Fish Orly, Mutton Galwati Kebab with Ulta Tawa Paratha. Phirni, Malpoa with Rabri, Kulfi (it was creamy, just out of the world) and not to mention their Pan Parlour. Suggestion: Book a place with ample space, let them spread their wings.

Quality, hospitality and service were exceptional. Good catering is not just about great food—it’s about serving it hot, the behaviour of the staff, and the overall experience. Sourav and his team delivered on all of it. Every dish was delicious, service was prompt, and the staff were extremely courteous throughout. Sourav, the owner, is truly a gem and made sure everything was flawless. Highly recommended!

I booked them for my child's birthday. It was amazing experience. Their service is top notch. It was vegetarian food function. Food quality was amazing. Starters and main course both are superhit. I want to thank them especially for their decoration and ambiance. Representation was really good. I will 100% recommend them for any functions.
