The marriage reception ceremonial dinner of my brother was hosted by Bindass Caterer on 25/01/2026. I am more than satisfied at the service. The food was superb, the presentations were amazing and the overall service was just too good. And everything came at a very affordable rate. Mr. Pankaj Saha, the proprietor, is a wonderful person who deserves the full credit for making our occasion successful. I shall recommend Bindass Caterer to everyone who wishes to have the best catering service at a very affordable rate.

We had an outstanding experience with Bindass caterer for our wedding reception on 28 November 2025. The entire food menu was absolutely awesome, and every dish was appreciated by our guests. The quality of both the mutton and fish (Parshe & Katla) was extraordinary. The highlight of the evening was definitely the fish fry — made with fresh veteran bhetki fish, perfectly crisp on the outside and deliciously flavourful on the inside. It truly stood out and became a favourite among everyone. Overall, the service, taste, and quality exceeded our expectations. We booked BINDASS CATERER for two of the most important days of our lives—our wedding day 30.11.2025 and the reception 02.12.2025 —and I can truly say it was one of the best decisions we made. Before finalizing BINDASS CATERER, I had spoken to many caterers, but none of them gave me complete confidence. Then, through my closest friend, I was introduced to Pankaj Kaku. From our very first conversation, my family and I felt a sense of trust and warmth. He patiently explained every small detail and assured us that everything would be taken care of—and he kept every single promise. On both days, the experience was beyond our expectations. The way Pankaj Kaku managed everything felt less like a service provider and more like a family member taking responsibility. We were completely stress-free, knowing that everything—from starters to the main course and even the takeaway counter for guests—was being handled perfectly. What touched me the most was that even after the wedding ended at 12:30 AM, I was served hot food—something I never expected but will always remember. The live counter “Chittagong Mutton” was a huge highlight and loved by everyone, and the vegetarian dishes were equally delicious and authentic. I had my son's Rice ceremony on 9th November 2025. This was the first time I was planning an event on my own, so for food I wanted a trusted caterer. I once had a party where Bindass Caterer was the food provider and it was delicious. So I contacted them for my son's ceremony as well. I contacted Pankaj Da with my rough menu list and estimated headcount with a fear in mind that his estimate might go beyond my budget. But to my surprise, Pankaj Da was very understanding and worked with me to create a menu that fit my budget without compromising on quality. He gave some suggestions without which I could have make blunders. On the day of the event I could see why Bindass Caterer has earned such a good reputation. The packaged water was from Bailley where most other caterers tries to save cost by providing other local brands. I asked for one chatni but they provided two, I asked two type of sweets , but they provided one extra. And for these, no extra cost was charged. From Fish Fry to Kosha Mangsho, Mix Veg to Payesh , every food was hot, delicious and potion size was more than enough. Each and every guest praised for the food. The staff was very polite and courteous. Overall I had a great experience with Bindass Caterers and would highly recommend them for any event.
