When you are buying from them you are God to them but when you are exchanging something you are beggar to them, small place with good politics. I went to exchange a product like a good human I told then after I enter the shop, they took the dress back but haven't shown me any other dress and asked me to choose from the slots when I told them I am not liking it they one of female staff "agar pasand aa raha to hum kya kare" they didn't even bother to show me any one of the dress, without liking I picked up one and bought it as my one was with them and I paid the extra amount. When I was choosing my small daughter was asking for water with her Dad. All the staff was hearing it but no one offer her a small glass of water but they were offerings other customers with water and coffees tea etc. My husband went our and purchased water for her. This is small thing bur matters a lot. The reason why she was not offered a glass of water bcz her mother to exchange the product not to buy a fresh one. Worst behavior ever.
