We recently visited Taneira shop and purchased a saree priced at Rs. 9,499/-. While the shop is having a good collection of sarees, there was an issue with receiving the purchase invoice. The staff assured us that the receipt would be sent to our registered phone number, but even after 2.0 hours, we hadn't received it. It was extremely difficult to get through to their phone number listed on the website—despite multiple attempts, no one answered. After much persistence, we finally managed to get in touch with them and received a PDF copy of the duplicate invoice via WhatsApp. I suggest that future customers ensure they receive the invoice on WhatsApp before leaving the shop. This could be a practice of not sharing invoices immediately after payment, and I believe it could lead to confusion or inconvenience.

Had a great experience at Taneira. The staff were extremely polite, patient, and attentive. They explained everything clearly, helped with genuine suggestions, and made the shopping experience smooth and comfortable. Truly impressed by their professionalism and warm behavior. Highly recommended!
