Extremely disappointing experience. The service quality does not justify the cost. The staff, especially the old lady’s daughter or some family member managing the blouse measurements , was dismissive and kept giving incorrect information about basic stitching requirements. I provided over 1.5 metres of pure Banarasi silk, yet I was told it wasn’t enough for a simple princess-cut blouse — which is completely untrue. Stitching Prices are significantly higher than what they claim online They also put a stain on my pure Banarasi saree while separating the blouse piece and insisted it was already there, even though the saree was brand new and purchased from a reputed store. This level of negligence with expensive fabric is unacceptable. Fittings were rushed, and when I politely asked for adjustments, they behaved as if they were doing me a favour. They even sent me off saying everything was “done,” only for me to discover at home that one side dori/tassel was missing. When I called, they casually asked me to come back again without considering people travel long distances. Adding photos of incomplete dori work they do after charging me ₹5250 for this and casually asking me to come back for their negligence

Tanu received us and was very helpful. We had to obtain some stitching at short notice and she did an amazing job. They are a family business and provide such great service. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
