The collection at this store nice, and that’s the main reason I chose to buy my wedding outfits from here. However, the product delivery experience was extremely disappointing. There was poor coordination, lack of timely updates, and unnecessary delays, which is the last thing a bride needs while planning a wedding. For such premium outfits, the delivery service should be much more professional and reliable.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Nav Durga Creation. The outfit I purchased was supposed to be delivered within 3–4 working days, but I received it after 20 days, only after repeatedly calling your team, 100 times, tracking the shipment myself, and even following up with the delivery warehouse for a week. Despite all the delays, the final product delivered to me was completely different in colour and not what I ordered. After raising this issue, your team has stopped responding entirely. This kind of post-purchase service is unacceptable, especially from a brand known for its good collection. Your designs may be great, but your customer service and delivery process are by far the worst I have ever experienced. This needs serious improvement and a solution for the wrong outfit delivered.
