I had a wonderful experience at Maya Saree, Borobazar, Kolkata. Their behavior is extremely polite and welcoming — they make you feel comfortable and valued from the moment you step in. The saree collection is absolutely beautiful with a wide variety of designs, fabrics, and colors to choose from. Whether you’re looking for something traditional or trendy, they have amazing options at very reasonable prices. Their hospitality truly stands out. They patiently helped me choose the perfect sarees and guided me throughout the process. Most importantly, they did pico and falls stitching for all my sarees, and they also stitched blouses from the blouse pieces. Every blouse fits perfectly and looks so beautiful — the finishing and fitting are just excellent! I am extremely satisfied with their service and highly recommend everyone to buy sarees from Maya Saree. You won’t be disappointed! All their staff members are very good and well-behaved, but I truly cannot help mentioning one person in particular — Mr. Rajib Jalan. He is a true gentleman. His professionalism, polite behavior, and helpful attitude really stood out to me. I visited Maya Saree, Barabazar, Kolkata, for my wedding shopping, and honestly, it was such a wonderful experience. They have an amazing and wide range of sarees—every variety you can think of—and the best part is that there are beautiful options available across all price ranges. Their 2000+ positive reviews truly speak for themselves, so I don’t need to say much about the collections or pricing. What impressed me the most, though, was their service and support. This was only my second visit to Kolkata, and I barely knew anyone in the city. But the staff at Maya Saree went above and beyond to help us—not just inside the store, but outside as well. From suggesting other shops for items we needed that weren’t available with them, to helping us with proper packing and even couriering the sarees safely to my hometown—they supported us at every step. Because of their kindness and assistance, what could have been a stressful experience in an unfamiliar city became completely smooth and pleasant. I truly appreciate all their help; managing wedding shopping without their support would have been really difficult. I would highly recommend Maya Saree to anyone visiting Kolkata for saree shopping.
