Absolutely the worst experience of my life. I ordered a red lehenga and was shockingly delivered a pink one just five days before my wedding. This sheer negligence caused immense mental stress and left me feeling completely helpless at a crucial time. For a store of this size, such a blunder is inexcusable. I traveled all the way from Guwahati for the trial, yet they deliberately did not show me the lehenga and only handed over the blouse piece. This is gross unprofessionalism, mismanagement, and complete disregard for a bride’s trust. I strongly warn everyone to never visit this store. Save yourself from unnecessary stress, disappointment, and regret.

I was looking for a dress for my Nikkah and found a wonderful one at Kalighata. It needed to be customized to fit my modesty requirements and Rakhi was amazingly professional throughout this process! She made sure everything was up to our standard and maintained so much patience and kindness with us.
