Good collection. Range is a bit higher. But somehow I felt the behaviour of one staff, dealing with me, was not acceptable to some extent. In order to attract customers, they must be polite to all the customers regardless of their background.

Product quality is up to the mark as per price range. Staff behavior and co operation is excellent. Very much recommended.

Have been to this store for the first time and Namita Roy didi has assisted me well during my entire shopping. They have good collection as well.

We are extremely disappointed with the behavior at Shree Hari Jewellery Shop, Sealdah Station. My mother was looking at earrings priced around ₹300 and politely asked to see 3–4 designs before making a decision. Instead of assisting respectfully, one female staff member implied that she should not be asking to see multiple designs. This comment was rude, unnecessary, and highly unprofessional. Every customer has the right to compare a few options before purchasing — regardless of the price. No one should be made to feel uncomfortable for simply browsing. Because of this disrespectful attitude, we chose to walk out without buying anything. If this is how customers are treated, this business will not stand for long. In today’s time, customer experience matters more than anything, and behavior like this drives people away.
