Joyalukkas Jewellery - Kolkata

Thanks to Mr Kaustav Saha for his excellent customer management. I went the kolkata store for consecutive 3 days but no other sales person could convince me to select or purchase the product. He is knowledgeable having very good explanatory ability. I got help from him in my previous purchases also. I wish to get good after sales support also from the brand in future. 4 star because of very high making charges in comparison to others. If its less, the brand can be more reachable and prefererable. Thanks..

This is by far the most pathetic service I have ever received. Unresponsive, careless and utterly unprofessional. Making this the most unsatisfactory experience I have ever had. I am one of the old customer of Joyalukkas but this was my worst experience in Kolkata Branch. The other branches which is situated especially in Bengaluru and Hyderabad, they are far nore better than this branch. I already available two gold scheme from Joyalukkas and ready to continue it but due to pathetic service issue, I changed my mind. Requesting the higher authority to look into this matter.

Joyalukkas is a splendid store. I would especially like to appreciate the friendly and supporting demeanour of Rohan Roychowdhury and SK Asiif and Rajeshwari Dey for their caring demeanour and unflinching support. I have just never experienced suc a warm shopping atmosphere, thanks to your staff, . The craftsmanship of your store is simply unparalleled. Congratulations !! Keep up the great work.
