Quintessential part of konkani heritage, the ynp trust, has been newly renovated to feature a huge AC hall, ideal for conducting large weddings, programs and conferences.
Very well maintained, clean place. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I attended a seven days program, bhagavatha saptaham here recently. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. Loved it.
This was my fourth or fifth time that I have attended a function ππ here. The venue is a bit off the main road, but is visible and a popular place to conduct various events. There is ample parking π ΏοΈ space for your vehicles ππππποΈποΈπ΅, but it is not covered and your vehicles will be out in the rain βπ§οΈβ‘π¨οΈπ§οΈπ¦οΈβοΈππͺοΈπ©οΈand sunshine βοΈππβππ. There is adequate seating capacity, but the hall does not have AC. There is a wheelchair βΏ accessible entrance. There are separate toilets for gents πΉ and ladies πΊ.
We booked YNP Trust hall on July 17th for my daughterβs wedding scheduled for November 30th, and we paid βΉ75,000 as the advance out of the total βΉ1,50,000 rent. Due to unavoidable circumstances, we had to cancel the booking within a week. Even after such early cancellationβmore than three months before the wedding dateβthey refunded only βΉ50,000. The remaining βΉ25,000 was promised to be returned only if the hall was rebooked by someone else before November 30th. Unfortunately, the hall has not been booked again, and now they are refusing to return the rest of our money. This condition was never clearly communicated upfront, and withholding such a large amount even after an early cancellation feels extremely unfair and unprofessional. Losing βΉ25,000 for a hall we cancelled well in advance is deeply disappointing. I hope others are aware of this experience before making any booking here. I would not recommend this place unless their refund and cancellation policies become transparent and customer-friendly.
I experienced the satsang with Swamiji Ramanacharana theertha there in YNP Trust hall.It was a wonderful event and the hall was a very clean and spacious for 250 peoples p gatherings
