⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Among the few shortlisted venues, I chose Park Central Hotel, Kaloor for conducting my bank’s quarterly training program — and it was truly the right decision. From the very first call, the team displayed exceptional professionalism, positivity, and a supportive attitude. The entire meeting was arranged flawlessly, with excellent coordination, prompt assistance, and a well-organized setup. The support system throughout the program was commendable, and the food served was absolutely wonderful. My entire team was extremely happy with the arrangements — and so was I. I personally stayed at the hotel for five days, and it genuinely felt like a home away from home. The hospitality was warm and consistent across all departments, including the security staff, who were courteous and helpful at all times. A special thanks to Mr. Sreekumar, Manager, for his continuous support — right from the initial discussion until even after my check-out. His commitment and customer-focused approach truly made a difference. Wishing the entire team at Park Central Hotel continued success and all the very best ahead!

We recently hosted our company staff dinner buffet party at Hotel Park Central, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent with a great spread of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. The non-veg items were especially impressive, and the Beef Coconut Fry was absolutely awesome and full of flavor. The party hall was spacious and well maintained, creating a pleasant ambience for our event. The staff were very friendly, supportive, and ensured everything went smoothly. Special appreciation to Mr. Sreekumar for offering us a very good package price and for his excellent coordination throughout the event. Highly recommended for corporate events and dinner parties in Ernakulam! 👍

The event was beautifully arranged, and the team made sure every detail was taken care of. The hall was well-prepared, clean, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made the occasion even more special. The food was delicious – we received so many compliments from our guests! The variety, taste, and presentation were all excellent. The service staff were polite, attentive, and professional throughout the event, making sure everything ran smoothly. For a city that has very few decent stay options at a decent/mid price range, this hotel is an absolute bargain of a stay! Almost 20 years old, newly renovated property wity huge rooms, the hotel sports a locely bar serving all recognised IMFls, the food menu is a bit small in terms of option, but the taste is more than decent. There's a huge parking and the infrastructure all said is very nice. The staff is courteous and ever smiling. The morning breakfast has a decent spread at the price point. If you are visitng kochi and looking for a nice confortable stay at a decent price point this is the place.
