Beautiful venue, Near the sea, you can see ships / jetty too. Sufficient space for more than 500 - 1000 people. Well maintained by KTDC, toilets are cleaning and worth. Ample parking for vehicles.

Spacious event / function hall with AC, however AC was turned off in between the function. Ample parking area however there was no security and people were parking with out any idea. Some vehicle had parked in front of our car. Separate area for serving food and wash. The best thing is that the location, it's on the bank of vembanad lake. With lots of area for roaming around. Overall, it's a good place for wedding reception and other functions.
