From the time of booking to the event coverage and final output delivery, everything was handled clearly and professionally. They never made any false promises. They were very transparent about what was possible and what wasn’t, which I truly appreciated. The team is excellent at what they do, and the crew was so easy and comfortable to work with. I booked Jellyfish Films almost eight months in advance for my wedding and was genuinely excited to work with them after following their work for over a year. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to poor communication and unprofessional behaviour from a staff member named Annie. When I followed up on my pre wedding shoot close to the event date, the responses I received were rigid, dismissive, and unnecessarily confrontational. Instead of reassurance or constructive discussion, I was repeatedly offered a refund and subtly blamed for asking reasonable questions. I had a positive and reassuring conversation with Vivek, the lead photographer which gave me confidence to continue. However, the tone and behaviour from the same staff member Annie continued, making the experience stressful and uncomfortable at a time when clients expect support and clarity. Ultimately, I chose to step away, not because of creative differences, but because of poor customer service and lack of respectful communication. This was especially disappointing given how much I admired their work. Great portfolio, but client experience and communication need serious improvement.

We hired Jellyfish Photography for our cocktail and wedding, and they did an absolutely fabulous job! From capturing candid emotions to the tiniest details, every picture tells a story. The team was super professional, patient, and made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera as we were camera shy. The photos and videos have turned out to be memories we’ll cherish forever. Highly recommend Vivek, Adarsh, Jazeem and Anex. Annie was a great creative director and coordinated with us patiently.
