My experience with them was absolutely horrible from start to finish. The makeovers were poorly executed, with no attention to detail, and the team was disorganized and unprofessional. They couldn’t even manage something as simple as properly sticking my nails for my engagement, which should have been a basic service. Their makeup completely ruined my engagement day, and I was left with no choice but to cancel my wedding makeup with them at the last minute and urgently search for a new makeup artist. The salon they took me to for my facials, manicure, and pedicure was not only dirty and unhygienic but also seemed to be poorly managed. When I expressed my concerns, they tried to justify it by saying there was a shortage of staff, but it felt like a poor excuse for the lack of professionalism and cleanliness. The salon itself looked more like an old, rundown toddy shop than a professional establishment. It was far from the clean, upscale environment I expected for such an important occasion like my engagement. To make things worse, the waxing they did caused black marks and painful skin burns, adding even more stress before my special day. Despite charging extremely high prices, the quality of service was terrible, and I felt like I was completely overcharged for subpar work. I deeply regret trusting them, as they left me feeling completely dissatisfied and undervalued as a customer. I chose them based on their positive reviews, but my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I would never recommend their services to anyone looking for quality or professionalism.
