I had approached this business after reading a lot of good reviews (with a few bad reviews in between which I chose to ignore thinking I could give them the benefit of the doubt). But after my personal experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I went with a lot of expectations but was disappointed from the start with their very few collection of samples and when asked for ideas (as I had no ideas in mind myself), their input was low. But despite that I picked a sample from their own collection which they agreed to send a digital sample of that evening itself and get printed and set in 2 days time. I was asked to contact the owner of the shop for the same but did not get a response. The following day I contacted again and I was told I wouldn’t get the same design and told me to select a sample on my own from an app that he mentioned and edit it myself and then send it to him. I did not agree. He then said he would contact the person who designs and would try his best to send a digital sample at the earliest. He sends the digital sample 3 days later mentioning that the person who designs had personal problems. The digital sample was not in accordance with the handwritten content I’d sent him but still I mentioned all the corrections that needed to be done (via text and audio message to prevent errors from miscommunication). He corrected and sent it back to me and told me it would require 2 days for them to set it. On the day of the delivery, when I had checked the invitation cards, the same mistakes that were there on the first digital sample were printed. These mistakes could have been avoided and I had mentioned repeatedly to make me contact the person who’s designing/editing the card directly but no steps were taken to follow my request. And I was charged extra for the new prints. It was utterly disappointing and unprofessional from their side. I’m giving this bad review for their unprofessional behaviour.
