Valavi Cards

I had a disappointing experience with Valavi Cards. Despite charging ₹45 per card, their service was unprofessional and careless. They were quick to take orders and demand advance payments, but the real challenges began afterward with constant follow-ups and delayed responses. Despite providing clear instructions, they failed to create the card model I requested. Worse, they haphazardly concealed the top portion of the text on my wedding invitation, showcasing a lack of attention to detail. This unprofessionalism has left me highly dissatisfied, and I cannot recommend their services to anyone.

Well done Team Valavi I was in search of finding a perfect wedding card supplier since last 3-4 weeks.I was aware about the reputation valavi was having in the field for quite decades,But never thought they had an awesome Instagram handle.I contacted them through on of the Instagram ad.Mr John from Valavi was really helpful in giving suggestions and always answered my queries on time.After having a week of discussion I decided to give them.I never expected such quality even after seeing the videos, But they really shocked me.Card was in Super quality.Exactly did as per my requirements.You can go with them without a second thought,Such a professional Team.Special Thanks to Mr John.

Everything about this company is first-class. John was timely in his communication. His ability to brainstorm and figure out our tastes leading up to the final design was phenomenal. The whole process was communicated via WhatsApp messaging and the team were responsive to our suggested changes. The delivery to the UK was smooth and we are delighted with the end product. It was very reasonably priced and our friends and family have been very complimentary about the design. A big thank you to the whole team at Valavi for their dedication and efforts in creating a memorable piece! We would definitely recommend.

As someone who strongly believes in supporting and promoting local businesses, it truly pains me to write this review. While the printed cards were of good quality and looked nice, they were not in the color we had initially selected, which was incredibly disappointing. The entire experience with this wedding card printing company was frustrating and disorganized. We had to make endless follow-ups just to get basic updates. There was a clear lack of organisation and no proper system in place to handle changes or updates to the material. Despite our efforts to communicate clearly, they still delivered the wrong color. To make matters worse, their customer service was unacceptable. Response times were painfully slow, and the staff member handling our order went on a four-day leave without informing us, leaving us with no point of contact during a crucial time. While I am all for supporting local businesses, this experience was beyond disappointing. Although the cards themselves were of good quality, the stress, miscommunication, and lack of accountability overshadowed everything else. I strongly urge others to look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reliable vendor.
