Madona Wedding Cards & Printing

Don't give your card order to them if you want it on time. Been their customer for a long time (we have printed our company calendar and diary’s from them for years) but their service has gone bad now. Their Cards are good but they delayed beyond acceptable . I had told them that the card is needed on Friday afternoon. They told me you will get it on Thursday evening max by Friday afternoon. Had told them that half the cards need to be sent to Dubai with someone going on Friday night. They assured me they will give it by afternoon. Even after calling multiple times and even calling the owner as I know him they didn’t complete the work on time. They gave the card on Saturday afternoon. When I went to take it they were blaming me for no reason. And had the audacity to say that the card was delivered on time. On time was Friday morning. Not Saturday afternoon. Because of this I had to pay 8,400 rupees to Currier the cards. The surprising thing was that they are blaming the customer for their own delay. Saying that I should have contacted the design team. Am I supposed to go and sit with the design team and make them do their work. These people don’t answer their phone too. That’s the reason I had to call the owner and even he will say I will find out and call you back and no callback after. This treatment after we have printed our company calendar and diary’s from them for years. They told us proofread will be sent on Monday they sent it on Tuesday 6 pm. We sent corrections in 30 minutes same day. The next day we called them many times and informed them of the urgency of the matter. They assured us it will be done on time. After this while collecting they are lying and saying that we delayed it. I showed them proof on whats app and they had to agree and then started saying that we should have contacted design team. Also saying that they delivered on time! How? . They just tried to get us out of there without any answers and blaming the customer. Pathetic Service! No more business with you ever.

Today i visited Madona for Table Calendar, and was thoroughly impressed! Thank you Team Madona and The store's collection is vast, elegant, and affordable. The staff helped me find the ideal card for my special day. Very unprofessional experience. They confidently commit to specific delivery dates and even exact times while taking the order, but fail to deliver as promised. Despite submitting the raw files well in advance, the work was still delayed without proper communication. What made the experience worse was the customer service. Instead of taking responsibility, the staff spoke rudely and behaved as if the delay was the customer’s fault. There was no accountability, no apology, and no effort to resolve the issue respectfully. If timelines matter to you, I would strongly suggest being cautious before placing an order here.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced at a shop. I came here for a simple print job and ended up waiting for over 20 minutes. The most frustrating part? I was completely neglected by every single staff member. It was as if I was invisible and not even standing there. Zero acknowledgment, zero care, and zero service. I left without getting my print and with my time completely wasted. This business needs a serious overhaul in customer service training. I strongly advise against coming here.
