Innovative Print Shop

I have been purchasing from Innovative print shop for the last 1.5 years for my business. I have never experienced any kind of difficulties in placing the order or on the after sales service. All the staffs are well behaved and the customer service is top notch. I will suggest Innovative Print Shop and Flash Print to anyone who is looking for their printing needs !!

Got some visiting cards done recently. The printing was not up to quality as the colours started fading towards the last batch of the cards. Also the cutting of the cards was the worst ever... the margins were not treated properly. It seemed like there were in a rush and got bored. I would not recommend this place ever!

Really bad experience. Recently i purchased a name badge from this shop and the service and the way they dealt with me was truly bad ,i only wanted a single piece of name badge they have been dragging it for months and whenever I wanted to get an update from them i had wait for 1 week they won’t respond to calls even after i clearly asked them ‘are you ok with doing these,if not i could find another suppliers’ every single time they said yes they will do it ,i requested for changes they didn’t even take any sort of efforts , the quality of the badge is very poor ,the service is really bad especially one lady who were dealing with me
