I had a very disappointing experience with this boutique and feel it is important to share it honestly. I had given my material a week in advance to stitch a gown for my brother’s wedding and had clearly informed them that I had an evening flight. I requested that the dress be ready before that, and I was assured it would be completed on time. Measurements were taken accordingly. On the 21st, I messaged them to confirm the collection time and was asked to come at 6:30 PM the next day. I had already informed them that my reporting time for the flight was 7 PM. I tried calling them several times and sent messages, but there was no response. On the day of collection, around 10:30 AM, I was informed that the material I had provided was insufficient to stitch the gown. This came as a shock, as the material had been with them for a week, and this issue was raised only at the last moment. I had no option but to collect my material and leave, feeling very upset. While I understand that businesses can be busy, timely communication and sincerity towards customers are essential, especially when important occasions are involved. I visited this boutique based on positive reviews, but my personal experience was quite different. I genuinely wish good luck to the shop, and I request future customers to think twice and clarify timelines and requirements clearly before proceeding and sincerely hope that no other customer has to go through a similar experience.
