I wouldn’t have given even one star if I had an option. This was the worst tailoring experience we have ever had, especially for something as important as a wedding. We gave multiple dresses for stitching and simple alterations, and not a single piece was done correctly. The wedding blouse itself was not even stitched on the promised day. One dress only needed a zip to be added, but instead they altered the fitting and made it so tight that my sister couldn’t even breathe. A ready-made skirt for the bride, which was originally big, became too small after their alteration. It honestly felt like they don’t even know how to take measurements. We spent nearly 3 hours in the shop yesterday because nothing was ready and everything was wrong. They asked us to come back today morning promising it would be fixed. When we did we had to stay there for 8 hours and the bride’s blouse, which was clearly supposed to be back-open, was stitched front-open. This level of carelessness for a bride’s outfit is unacceptable. They don’t note down instructions, don’t listen properly, and then make fake excuses when things go wrong. Every single piece we gave was either stitched incorrectly or altered badly. It creates unnecessary stress during an already stressful wedding time. If you value your clothes, time, money, and peace of mind, please do not give them your orders. I genuinely don’t understand how they are running a tailoring shop with this level of incompetence and negligence.
