I visited the place and purchased a four thousand rupees dress sharara. When we asked about the further shaping they given a stitching lady contact number. We contacted her and me and my mother gone there for giving that and the lady i said need only the dress after three days . After two days she called me and said she had a hospital case come and collect the dress she is stitching it urgently and I a sudden i cancelled all my things for this and I gone their today morning. She said that she is a hurry sometimes may admit to hospital .But at that time google pay was not working I tried a lot of times.She was shouting at me and I was alone so pathetic I don't know what to do. She is saying that they need cash then itself but there was no a atm near.All of this she was shouting at her home I also said that the thing I use google pay I dont usually carry cash and she called me urgently saying to cancel all my things for today or she will not be available anymore in the house.And i all way I ran in heavy rain without even a umbrella because I wanted the dress today itself back. And the stitching charges was really high just for shaping 550/- and I given that. I was so panicked and crying all the way.So many noticed that too she was saying I am being dramatic . What should I gonna get for being dramatic in this issue.Please don't contact that stitching lady again.My mom called her for asking this she was saying that she asked to collect it tomorrow.Then if she is available on tomorrow why she said me to collect the dress today itself they have hospital case. May get admitt and I will not get the dress back. Is this the responsibility the Tailor of this boutique shows. If she is not able to do this why she promised me to do this.And in such a great price for shaping. If you again give the service of this lady you will lose the business.I am not going to purchase anything from you and will inform all my friends and relatives

Very bad experience.. low quality material

Location is near the Abad Petrol Station. Ample parking, neatly maintained. About the selection and models, it's really good and the prices seems to be ok.

They don't deserve 1 star. Very poor customer service,after reaching there you would have thought that never ever come to this place. The owner and the sales team at least go somewhere else and know how to behave with customers. They are very lazy to show the collection because they wanted to rearrange it,don't go after six as they are packing up to go there home and very hurry. Very bad service and never experienced such a pathetic behaviour from ever in the city. Before active on social media teach them how to be good with customer.
