My family and I have been customers for years and we have brought in many customers too. But I had a very rude and dismissive experience recently. Biji Auntys work and attitude is getting sloppy. Zero empathy, zero people skills and too full of herself and arrogant. And the work is below average now. Please find better stitching centers that does better work and does not charge so much.
I got my wedding blouses stitched from here. I was absolutely happy with the amazing work they had done. Adding few pictures for you to see how beautifully they made my special day most memorable. Fitting was fantastic and very comfortable. They are best in town when it comes to bridal blouses. Timely delivery and superb customer service.
One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a boutique.i got 5 dresses and a blouse stitched at Olivia fashion and out of that 4 of them are completely unwearable due to pathetic stitching and finishing.the fit , quality and attention to detail are shockingly way below standards . Not to mention about designing might i add is a joke . All these at a ridiculous pricing . When I raised my concern the owner was arrogant, dismissive and completely unwilling to accept any responsibility to fix the issues. Her attitude was unprofessional and downright rude. No accountability , no customer service just excuses and ego. She was kind of treating me as if like a beggar.save your time, sanity and money. Kindly avoid this place at all costs. Thank you
The lady biji vallavan is very rude to her customers...she doesn't know how to behave good to her customers....one of the worst designer in Ernakulam district.. Never ever expect timely delivery. Chance of getting your dress in proper fitting is 50:50. She will have lame excuses if the work is wrong. Anyway they won't accept their mistakes, but she want full amount... ...and the sad thing is dat I again gave my dresses for 2nd stitching in another shop bcoz of the imperfection....and this lady says that "she can't do anything for the imperfection and she want her money.....that's it....she is very greedy.....
They have. Very bad customer service and keep body shaming others stating it's their body issues and not the stitching problem... Such bad stitching and her attitude doesn't even give proper explanation and with old stitching skills.. If you are from old styling skills surely u should visit them and get an old design stitched the new stitching skills are not even to any side and the lady's attitude I felt she being that rude to my friend and body shaming her even through WhatsApp messages and even on face. Really bad experience.
