LANA Designer Boutique

I have ordered from them two times. Ordered two tops first time which fitted well, but had a minor damage in the work which is okay considering it was on clearance sale. Second time when I ordered a top in same size it was in a different measurement and tight for me. But the customer service team was unwilling accept their mistake and provide exchange or refund. Made me send them 10 photos of the measurements, but kept on saying it is same size only. They did not pick any calls, but responded on whatsapp chat. Funny part is they were not okay with measurement photos sent using a one meter steel scale, but wanted me to use measurement tape itself. Edited to add Response to the owner: As mentioned already, i have placed both orders with the same size, but I have received different sizes. Lana team is unwilling to accept the mistake and provide resolution. Not expecting a response here as we have already discussed on whatsapp. The review is put here for the benefit of other customers.

I had a great experience with Lana de boutique. The stitching was perfect and the attention to detail was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the process.
