I'm so happy that I chose label M for my wedding gown. I came in with an initial idea for the gown, and designers Karthika and Priyanka understood it fully and executed it much better with their suggestions. The service was great and overall experience was smooth. The gown looked absolutely dreamy in the pictures and everyone loved it. Thank you for making my day so special.

Stay away from here - If I could give zero stars to customer service I would. Beyond terrible experience with label M. I cried about my gown a week before my wedding. A dress that I had ordered and designed in May. No update till end of November and no progress pictures until a week before delivery date. The final dress was an ugly gown with no embroidery, terrible fitting and not even close to my reference image. When I brought up my issues with the team they blamed the customer and said it was done with my approval even though I had not seen my final dress shape or design until I went on my delivery date on 20th December . Reshma and her team are always first to blame the customer and take no ownership for their lack of effort. As a bride out of Kochi I had to run around to find another outfit a week before my wedding. I wouldn’t be surprised if they replied to my comment here to blame me again. Pictures are shared to back my review with time stamps on what I saw on 16th December with a delivery date of 20th Dec. If you don’t have the energy or time to fight and follow up please run away from this place or have a backup ready.

I had my bridal wedding gown designed by the LABEL’M team just a few weeks before my wedding. I completely understood that it was a rush season, and even with the limited time, they handled everything so professionally. Without any complaints or delays, I received my gown on time.
