I had a wonderful experience with Kyra de Boutique. Both the white dress and the red gown were from here, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The customer service was excellent—very supportive, patient, and attentive to every detail. The fitting, quality, and final look exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Kyra Boutique, for making the entire experience so smooth and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for beautiful outfits with great service.
We came to Kochi to get my fiancee's wedding gown stiched. Roopa was very involved in the whole process. Her team gave us a very consultative approach instead of being sales-y and pushy. It gave us a very warm feel from the very begining. Catering to last minute requests. We visited the place just once and in under 5 weeks we got our gown delivered. It was a perfect fit and didn't need alterations. I would definitely recommend Kyra to anyone who puts product over brand.
I’m beyond happy with the result! It truly exceeded my expectations, and my wedding sharara turned out absolutely stunning. The handwork was beautifully done with so much attention to detail. I really appreciate the effort to deliver such amazing work within my budget. Thank you so much, Kyra, for making my special day even more special!
Very capable designers. My sister got her bridal blouses stitched at this boutique called Da Manz, and they ruined it so bad and charged a ton of money. Got even the basic cutting, cups, lining and stitching all wrong. We took all those blouses to Kyra just 2 days before the wedding, and these guys saved those blouses by altering them as much as possible. Thanks to Kyra, my sister was able to wear decent blouses on her wedding day! Tysm Kyra ❤️ I'm the sister of the bride; I also got my saree blouse stitched here. I had given basic instructions on the kind of blouse I wanted, they delivered it in perfect condition! Tysm for that as well, Kyra.
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do Not Trust with Important Occasions I had one of the most stressful and heartbreaking experiences with Kyra De Boutique, Kaloor, and I feel it’s important to share this honestly so other brides don’t go through the same ordeal. I live in Germany and booked Kyra De Boutique in late August 2025 for stitching my wedding gown, madhuramveppu dress, and my sister’s dress. My wedding is on January 5, 2026, so everything was planned well in advance. I shared all inspiration pictures, clear instructions, and even online measurements. My cousins submitted all the fabrics in the first week of September, as the boutique said they needed 60 days, which was more than enough time. I came to Kerala in the first week of December, and my trial date was given as December 13th. I went there excited, only to be completely shocked. my wedding gown was untouched. No measurements taken, no cutting done, nothing. The fabric was exactly how it was handed over months ago. My entire day was wasted with excuses and unnecessary explanations. I had clearly requested my madhuramveppu skirt to be draped, but at the last moment they said it was not possible because the fabric was “too heavy”. something they NEVER mentioned when the material was given three months earlier. My sister’s experience was equally disappointing. She asked for a mermaid-style gown, but was given a basic A-line gown with middle partitions, claiming there wasn’t enough fabric. They had asked for 6 meters, and we had given 7.5 meters, so this excuse was unacceptable. We were repeatedly asked to come back: • Dec 23rd: Stayed till 8 PM, gown still unfinished • Dec 27th: Made to wait from 2 PM till 9:45 PM just for minimal draping The dress delivered was poorly stitched, not matching the inspiration, and very poorly finished. It was so badly done that it looked like it could tear easily. They accepted responsibility and took the dress back again, returning it on Dec 31st, but even then the gown was extremely tight and still not right. I spent months researching my dream wedding gown, trusted this boutique, traveled from another country, and ended up in tears days before my wedding. The emotional stress this caused cannot be explained. This boutique lacks professionalism, time management, transparency, and quality workmanship. I would strongly advise brides and customers to think twice before trusting them with important outfits, especially weddings. Very disappointing experience. Update on the response I would like to clarify a few important points for transparency. I booked months in advance as I live abroad and wanted to avoid last-minute stress. Despite this, when I came for my scheduled trial in mid-December, my wedding gown had not been cut or measured at all. Seeing my untouched fabric after months of planning was extremely distressing. While designs and sketches may have been approved earlier, the final output did not match the inspiration, finish, or quality communicated. Paper approvals do not justify a poorly stitched or ill-fitting final outfit. My sister’s gown also did not meet expectations, and explanations such as “insufficient fabric” were given aft providing more fabric than requested. We were repeatedly asked to visit the boutique, made to wait for hours late into the night, and still left without finished outfits. Any request for changes came only after seeing the stitched gown, which was disappointing. Even after rework, my final gown was still too tight and not what I had envisioned, which is the core reason for this review. I also need to clearly correct a factual error in your public response regarding payments. You have stated that the total amount paid was ₹31,370, which is not true. The payment breakup was shared with me directly by WhatsApp: • Bridal gown – ₹22,340 • Madhuramveppu skirt & blouse – ₹8,790 • Sister’s gown – ₹10,420 👉 Total paid: ₹41,370 I have screenshots of this message and payment proofs. Publicly stating a lower amount creates a misleading impression & questions transparency. Very pathetic
