I purchased two sarees from here online, and I had such a wonderful experience! No matter which saree I selected, they were immediately ready to show clear pictures and videos, which made the entire process so easy and convenient. The staff are extremely kind, patient, and always ready to help. I must have asked them to show me 20 or more sarees, and they happily showed me as many as I wanted without any hesitation. Their customer service is truly amazing. Highly recommend shopping from here — such a smooth and pleasant experience! 😊

We went to this shop for our bridal saree shopping, which should have been one of the happiest moments of our life, but it turned into a very painful experience because of one senior salesman with a bald head who behaved in a rude and disrespectful manner. On our first visit, we were asked to wait in a very unkind and unwelcoming way. On another visit, when we went to exchange a saree, we faced even worse treatment. This shop is almost 3 hours away from my hometown. We had informed them about the exchange in the afternoon and tried our best to reach earlier, but due to heavy traffic we reached about 40 minutes before closing time. Even after knowing this, there was no understanding or consideration from him. There were no other customers in the store, but still he did not even take the basic effort to drape the saree so we could see how it would look. Instead, he handled the sarees roughly, throwing the boxes and showing clear irritation, which made my family and me feel humiliated. This was not a small purchase — the saree cost more than ₹20,000, and it was for our wedding. What hurt us the most was that he clearly judges customers by their appearance and treats only well-dressed people politely. No customer should ever be treated based on how they look or their financial status, especially during something as emotional as bridal shopping. We want to mention that the owner and other staff members were polite and supportive, but this one person’s behavior completely ruined our bridal shopping experience and spoiled what should have been a beautiful memory before our wedding. Because of this, I am giving only 1 star, and I truly hope the management takes this seriously so that no other bride has to go through such an experience.

I had a very pleasant experience at Kandasami Kochi. The staff demonstrated excellent customer handling skills and were courteous, patient, and highly professional throughout my visit. They took the time to understand my requirements and guided me clearly without any pressure, which made the shopping experience comfortable and smooth. Truly an amazing experience. We have be searching for the perfect traditional bridal saree for over a month and finally ended up finding both the bridal sarees here at kandasami. Firstly the place is aesthetically designed ,the ambience was so welcoming and calm, which is exactly how a bridal saree shopping should be. Secondly the whole team is amazing. Sales executive Asif showed true professionalism and commitment, he listened to all our needs and gave us a beautiful collection to choose from. Even though our purchase went past his lunch hours ,he didn't push us to make any hasty decision nor did he give any unwanted opinions to close sale .We felt each saree to be unique and something we haven't seen in any other store and most importantly considering the variety they offer the pricing was also super affordable.
