I received very good customer service with clear communication throughout. All fittings were done according to my needs, and pricing was explained in advance before any work was done. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend them.

For my bridesmaids, I had purchased the fabrics from Pranathi and had them shipped directly to Designs by Anne—and they did such an amazing job!! 😍 They did video calls with all 10 of my bridesmaids, took their measurements so patiently, and made the whole process super smooth even though we were coordinating everything from the US. The final outfits turned out SO beautiful—I absolutely loved how everything came together! Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a boutique that’s professional, kind, and pays attention to every little detail. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! 💛
