I have ordered a traditional style Lehenga set for my daughter’s madhuram veppu ceremony. Since it was an online order, I was sceptical about the measurements and delivery of the product on time. The finishing was exactly as I saw in the picture and it was done within a short period of time. Great experience with the team!

My recent experience with Dandelions for my wedding blouse was nothing short of a disaster. I found the shop online and, based on the glowing reviews, traveled all the way to Kochi expecting high-quality service. Instead, I was left thoroughly disappointed. Here are the major issues I faced: 1. The measurements were completely off, disregarding our specifications. When I questioned them, they outright denied it, which was infuriating. 2. The stitching was atrocious, with loose areas protruding at the seams. Although they fixed the loose sleeves after I pointed it out, it shouldn’t have been an issue in the first place. 3. The shoulders constantly fell off, held together only by a pathetic bow at the back. The ari-work was embarrassingly subpar for the exorbitant price I paid. 4. Instead of offering any real solutions, they made excuses, blaming the bra or claiming the saree would cover the flaws. This was utterly unprofessional. 5. They tried to deflect attention by offering meaningless compliments about unrelated aspects, which was frustrating. I have attached some photos to illustrate these issues. I would share more, but I'm wary of being reported. Honestly, I should have left the blouse there without paying a single penny. This was a piece cut from a wedding saree that cost 35k, and I feel utterly cheated. Looking back, I seriously question the authenticity of those Google reviews and regret trusting them blindly.
