I had a wonderful experience shopping at Almarah, and I want to especially highlight the exceptional service provided by Ancy. The store itself has an amazing variety — Indo-Western, Western, Indian, and traditional outfits — all beautifully displayed and available in a wide range of styles and budgets. We explored everything from kurtas to sarees, blouses, materials and much more, and the selection in every section was genuinely impressive. We ended up finalising several items because the designs and quality were exactly what we were looking for.
What truly made the experience stand out was Ancy’s support throughout our visit. She was extremely cooperative, very patient, and incredibly sweet. We went around the entire store looking at a huge number of options, and not once did she show any hesitation or tiredness. She listened closely to what we wanted, understood our preferences, and suggested pieces that matched our style perfectly — without ever forcing her opinions on us.
A detail that really touched us was how she even gave us additional options outside the store to get our blouses stitched faster, just so we wouldn’t face any delays. That level of thoughtfulness and customer care is rare and so appreciated.
