I recently stayed at Jaipur Bagh with my family for a wedding function on 22nd February, and our checkout was on 23rd February. Before checking out, I went for breakfast, and while returning, I saw two housekeeping staff members coming out of my room without my permission. My belongings were inside the room, including a bag that had cash. After reaching home, I checked my bag and realized that the cash was missing. I immediately called the Jaipur Bagh front desk asking for the CCTV footage. Today, when I visited Jaipur Bagh personally to check the recordings, it was clearly visible and even acknowledged by their team that the housekeeping staff entered my room using a master key card. They went inside, checked my bag, and then left. I am sure my cash was taken at that exact time, because before leaving for breakfast I had checked everything thoroughly. The money envelope was kept safely inside the bag with a rubber band. This is extremely unprofessional and unsafe. Guests trust the property with their belongings, and experiencing such a security breach is very disappointing. Jaipur Bagh must take strict action against the staff involved and ensure this never happens to any guest again.
