I have known them since 2004-2005. Earlier there was only the main store in sector 8 main market but very recently they opened their studio here. Quality-wise they have been great. However, yesterday I placed an order and i had to pick it in the evening the same day. Since it is a bit far from home i went here today to pick the printed mug, but it was not printed and i had to wait around 20-25 minutes. I know it happens sometimes, so no issue. Overall a great studio 👍
