Completely ruined our wedding mehendi - unprofessional, rude & dishonest. We booked this mehendi artist after checking good Google reviews and clearly shared all reference designs in advance. They agreed to everything over WhatsApp and confirmed the price as ₹5100 for the bride and ₹1100 for the groom. On the actual wedding day, they suddenly changed the price to ₹11,000 for the bride and ₹3,100 for the groom. This is nothing but dishonest pricing and last-minute pressure tactics. They also did not deduct the advance amount, and conveniently stayed silent about it. The behavior was even worse than the pricing issue. The artists were rude, arrogant, and refused to listen. While the mehendi was being applied, we kept saying that the designs did not match our reference images and were not looking good, but they replied arrogantly: “Humko sikhao mat, humein aata hai.” The final designs were nowhere close to what we booked for. Some guest mehendis were also intentionally ruined after they pointed out mistakes, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Our entire mehendi function was spoiled because of this team’s attitude, lack of skill, and dishonest practices. A wedding happens once in a lifetime, please do not trust your special day with people who have zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers. I strongly do NOT recommend this artist to anyone.
