I was in touch with Universal Wedding Cards for my sister’s wedding. In October 2025 we received samples of wedding cards. After choosing one card, we were assured that the paper of the sample sent to us was available. When we received the invitations in January 2026, the card was printed on a paper different than what was promised. When we contacted them about this issue, they insisted their paper was “100% perfect in quality” and completely disregarded the fact that the card was printed on the wrong paper. We were very disappointed with their disrespectful and incompetent way of doing business. Photos of sample and final wedding card below, the difference is obvious.
