We had The Wedding Karigars plan and execute my sister’s wedding at Hotel Diggi Palace, Jaipur, on the 23rd and 24th of November, 2025 and both Prateek and Juhi were truly exceptional! From seamless planning to flawless execution, everything was handled with calm professionalism and great attention to detail. The décor beautifully complemented the heritage charm of Diggi Palace, and the coordination across all functions was effortless. What impressed us most was the team’s ability to anticipate needs, handle last-minute changes smoothly, and ensure the family could simply enjoy every moment without stress. The Wedding Karigars are more than planners. They are genuine partners who bring your vision to life while going above and beyond. My wedding happened on 21-22 April 2025 at Jaipur Bagh. Wedding karigars are the best wedding planners in town I would highly recommend if someone is looking for there wedding to be crafted meticulously and picture perfect one can blindly go ahead with them. Prateek is very humble,dedicated,deterministic towards his work and that really shown in my whole entire wedding journey he ensured that nothing should fall apart and treated like it's own which is highly commendable and creditable Juhi is the big brains behind our wedding themes and decorations that enlightened magical experience of my wedding venues. No matter what they will ensure any request is thrown to them at any moment they will ensure to make it happen very graciously.

The Wedding Karigars did our wedding (Diggi Palace, 16–17 March), and it was hands down the best experience. Here’s why I think they were incredible: Openness to Ideas: We wanted a wedding that looked and felt a bit different—something with elements of both Punjabi and Scottish traditions. We shared decor references that hadn’t really been done before, but we never once heard a “no.” Instead, they over-delivered. Commitment: We started planning almost a year before the wedding, and despite how early it was, they always made time for us. That kind of dedication is rare. Seamless Execution: During the actual wedding, everything felt effortless. There were issues (as with any event), but we didn’t even know about them—they handled everything behind the scenes without stressing us out. Cost-Effective and Transparent: They worked within our budget and were upfront about any additional costs. No hard selling, no pushing things we didn’t want. Just honesty and clarity, which we really appreciated. And finally, you end up spending so much time with your planners—it really helps when they’re just genuinely good people. Weekly calls with both of them became something we actually looked forward to. If you’re looking for a wedding that feels unique, personal, and you—I couldn’t recommend The Wedding Karigars more.
