We held our wedding at Alsisar Mahal in Feb 2025. The hotel’s preferred supplier for decor was Shaadiwala Jaipur. Mr Arun Singh is very professional, open to suggestions, and solution oriented. We did most of the wedding decor planning with Muskan his team member. The planning process was very short and efficient. Every change that we had requested, Muskan had accepted adapted the changes in the presentation instantly. Quite a few deletions and additions to the presentation were made, the team implemented the ideas. Muskan also aligned directly with other vendors like hotel, afterparty DJ etc to ensure all equipments are arranged and the event goes smoothly. During the days of the wedding, we were extremely happy and impressed by the decor. We had 5 events during two days and the team was very efficient and fast in assembling and disassembling the decor between events. Everything was arranged on time and just as we discussed and even so more than what we had agreed. The fresh flowers used for decor was fresh and just beautiful! I also had many last minute requests and tasks for the team, without any hesitation, Muskan and her team executed all my requests perfectly. I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Shaadiwala, which completely ruined our wedding at Nahargarh Ranthambore on 18th February 2025. Six months before the event, we had finalized all the details and costs, but just a day before the wedding, they demanded an additional ₹6 lakhs upfront. They threatened to cancel the event if I didn't pay immediately, so I had no choice but to comply. That wasn’t the end of it—almost 90% of what was promised was never provided, and the few things they did deliver were of extremely poor quality. My entire wedding day was a nightmare, leaving us in tears. Arun Singh, the owner of Shaadiwala, is behind these unscrupulous practices. To make matters worse, Nahargarh Hotel is complicit in this scheme, as they take commissions from Shaadiwala and refuse to allow anyone else to handle the event.
