Terrible experience at Vimal Sarees, Vaishali Nagar. I bought two sarees from this store — one was handed to me immediately, and the other was kept for steam pressing to be picked up later. When I went back to collect it, I was shocked to find visible food stains on the saree! These stains were definitely not there when I purchased it, which means the staff either handled it carelessly or gave me a different piece altogether. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. For a store that claims to be reputable, their quality control and customer service are pathetic. I’ll never shop here again and would strongly advise others to check their products thoroughly before making any purchase.
